Our resources support a range of organisations and their customers, from maternity hospitals and child and family health centres to childcare providers and private health funds. We also support businesses and their employees, with our parental leave program offering.

To promote positive birth outcomes and healthy social and emotional development of infants (birth to 3 years) in Australia, through the provision of first class, evidence-based health education.

  • An online antenatal and early-parenting learning hub. A portal where parents and health professionals can login and access video tutorials, audio lessons, articles, eBooks and more.

  • Conferences, workshops and training for parents, healthcare workers and early childhood professionals, on a range of antenatal and early parenting topics.

  • Sleep and settling phone consultations to help parents and caregivers better understand their baby's needs, cues and capabilities - including a step-by-step guide for creating an emotional and physical safe sleep space.

Melissa Grant

Cindy is a child and family health nurse, midwife and lactation consultant, and has worked in the early parenting field since 1998. She has a keen interest in the health and wellbeing of families and offers a sensible, response-based approach to help babies and children with sleep and associated early parenting problems.

Melissa is a former senior marketing professional, whose experience preparing for the birth of her first child prompted her to develop our online parent portal in 2012. Melissa is also a Registered Circle of Security© Parent Educator and former RUBY volunteer mother, who provided telephone support to first time breastfeeding mothers.
